1. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

To ensure a smooth experience, all customers are required to check their product(s) in the presence of the delivery person. This includes verifying:

  • Product design, size, and color

  • Any visible damages or defects

  • Product accuracy (matches the order placed)

🚨 Important: If a customer accepts the parcel without checking it on the spot, no complaints will be accepted later, and the item becomes non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the issue.

 

 

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • You have received the wrong item, wrong size, or damaged item

  • The issue is reported immediately in the presence of the delivery person

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made on the same day of delivery

 

 

3. Ineligible Conditions for Return/Refund

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product checked after the delivery person has left

  • Issues related to size, color, or design that were not reported during delivery

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Delay due to courier services (especially for pre-order items)

 

 

4. Refund Process (If Eligible)

If your case meets our return conditions, the refund will be issued via:

  • Online bank transfer or

  • Digital wallet transfer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

 

 

5. Exchange Process (If Eligible)

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • The new product will be shipped in your next parcel

  • You will receive a return bag and consignment note to send the faulty item via courier

  • The return must be made within 3 working days

 

 

6. Paid Extra Amount?

No worries! If you’ve accidentally paid more than your order total, the extra amount will be refunded to your preferred payment method after verification.
