The size chart for women’s gym pants is usually based on three key measurements: waist, hips, and length.
Waist refers to the circumference around the narrowest part of the torso, usually just above the belly button.
Hips are measured around the widest part of the hips and buttocks.
Length is measured from the waistband down to the ankle.
Here’s how the sizes typically fall:
Extra Small (XS) fits a waist of 24 to 26 inches and hips of 32 to 34 inches. The length is around 35 to 36 inches, which suits very slim body types.
Small (S) fits a waist of 26 to 28 inches and hips of 34 to 36 inches, with a length of about 36 to 37 inches. This offers a snug, athletic fit.
Medium (M) fits waist sizes from 28 to 30 inches and hips from 36 to 38 inches, with a length of 37 to 38 inches. This is considered a regular or standard fit.
Large (L) suits a waist of 30 to 32 inches and hips of 38 to 40 inches, with a length of around 38 to 39 inches. This size offers a slightly looser fit for comfort.

4. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using reliable courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or Instagram DM, depending on how you placed your order.
5. Tracking Information
You will receive your courier name, tracking number, and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking to become active.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Customers are required to check their parcels in the presence of the delivery person. If any issues arise, they must be reported immediately.
We will not accept refund or return requests once the parcel has been accepted without inspection.
7. Missed Deliveries
- Contact the courier to reschedule or collect from your nearest branch.
- Notify PuffyShop once you’ve received your parcel.
Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in additional return fees.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
