1. Delivery Coverage

PuffyShop proudly delivers all across Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners. We ensure reliable service whether you’re located in a major city or a rural area.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka: 2 – 4 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 3 – 7 working days

Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Delivery Fee

Flat Delivery Fee: BDT 89 (Nationwide)

4. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using reliable courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or Instagram DM, depending on how you placed your order.

5. Tracking Information

You will receive your courier name, tracking number, and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking to become active.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Customers are required to check their parcels in the presence of the delivery person. If any issues arise, they must be reported immediately.
We will not accept refund or return requests once the parcel has been accepted without inspection.

7. Missed Deliveries

1. Contact the courier to reschedule or collect from your nearest branch.
2. Notify PuffyShop once you’ve received your parcel.

Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in additional return fees.

8. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

9. International Shipping

At this time, PuffyShop only ships within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available.
